Founder & President

Fenner Parker, a high school student from Rocky Mount, NC, is the president and founder of Fresh Bins Cleaning Company. Alongside leading his business, Fenner enjoys playing tennis, kayaking, and fishing, balancing his entrepreneurial drive with his diverse personal interests.

Thomas Harrell

Vice President

Thomas Harrell, a Rocky Mount native and high school student, is the Vice President of Fresh Bins Cleaning Company. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and basketball.

Arby Bell

Project Manager

Arby Bell is the Project Manager at Fresh Bins Cleaning Company. A native of Rocky Mount, NC, Arby is currently pursuing a degree in Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). In addition to his professional and academic pursuits, Arby is passionate about soccer, often finding time to play and stay active.
